For all designs, I will need a high quality photo of you, in costume against a plain background, that you want to appear on the front of the card. If you need me to make any specific changes to any of the text, please make note of that on the form.

Please be advised that I DO NOT provide printing services, only design. You will need to take/send the files I provide to a printer. The printer I use for my personal cards, which I recommend, is here on the main 501st boards.
